Position:  French Teacher, Grades K-4

Mr. Neatby has been teaching at Queen of Angels since April, 2010.  He received his teaching degree from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario and received his French knowledge while living in Ottawa and Montreal.  He has a daughter who attends St. Patrick's School in Victoria.
